RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Miss Addi and Me we are confident you will love your products as much as we do, however if for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective and offer an exchange for size, however we do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping, but will happily ship the new item to you free of charge. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with one of our products for any reason.
Once we receive the returned item we will process the refund, this may take up to 10 working days to reach you depending on your bank.
Please note: we recommend tracking items when sending them back to us as we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange for lost items that we do not receive.
We aim to meet the standard Australian sizing, keeping in mind the stretch and cut of fabric. However, if you require additional information, please don't hesitate to ask.
While every measure is taken to ensure items for sale are complete and secure, please note that we are not responsible, nor can we be accountable for items after they have left our care. Take note of buttons, beads and maintain fixings while in use, and after each wash.

As we are only just starting out, and only a 1 mum, 1 baby show, please bear with us while we build our inventory. We offer a lot of lines as preorder, this helps us manage stock quantities. This also, however, incurs a delay in shipping out, we aim to have items on the road in 3 weeks. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to reach out!
